Do I pay anything?
No. Your profile, vetting (CV review and one AI interview), your ID check, full job details and having us apply for you cost nothing, and nothing is ever charged to get or keep a job. Optional Prep practice tools are A$25 a month incl. GST (cancel any time) or a one-off pass; they never affect your interview score, ranking or whether we apply for you.
How do applications work?
Once you’re qualified and your ID is verified, we apply to jobs that match your preferences (roles, locations, salary, sponsorship). Before each application we tell you and wait 24 hours so you can cancel it. We keep applying until you’re hired, or until you tell us you’re no longer looking.
Does GoingAbroad give visa or migration advice?
No. We’re a hiring platform, not a migration agent. Jobs show whether sponsorship is offered, and for visa advice we point you to registered migration agents and official government sources.
Who sees my AI interview?
Only people at employers we submit you to, who are assigned to that job. AI interviews aren’t recorded: the text transcript is the record. You can request a review of any AI result.
Can the AI reject me?
No. If our automated vetting finds gaps, you get tasks and free training to work on them, then we check again. Hiring decisions are always made by people at the employer.
What if I can’t do a voice interview?
Switch to text at any time: same questions, same scoring, and extra time is available. You can also ask for other adjustments.
What are points for?
Points and streaks show how far along your path you are. They never affect matching, ranking or what employers see, and there’s no leaderboard.
Do you check what’s on my CV?
Yes, with your permission. We check details you give us against official registers. We don’t search social media or news about you. If we can’t verify something, that never counts against you.
